Coloring Instructions
To Color GenesisZR® ST1100:
- Apply one coat of AMS incisal tone to incisal 3rd where desired for enamel effect.
- Dip restoration in Origin Chroma liquid for 1:00 minute.
- Remove excess liquid immediately using compressed air or a paper towel.
- Dry under a heat lamp for 15 minutes before loading into a sintering oven.
Sintering Instructions
The Key to obtaining a perfect firing is achieving a perfect “Saturation Temperature”. A saturation temperature is the final reading of a calibration ring based on peak temperature PLUS hold time. The recommended saturation temperature for st100 is 1570c
Calibration rings are available
For anything NOT still connected to a zirconia block:
4°/min - 400° - No hold
12°/min - 1075° - 30min hold
8°/min - 1500° - No hold
3°/min - 1530° - 150min hold
Cool at 15°/min to Room Temperature
Your calibration ring should read: 1570c +/- 10°
Any calibration ring reading outside of 1560-1580 requires an adjustment to the final temperature only.
For anything STILL connected to a zirconia block:
3°/min - 400° - No hold
12°/min - 1075° - 30min hold
6°/min - 1500° - No hold
3°/min - 1530° - 180min hold
Cool at 15°/min to Room Temperature
Your calibration ring should read: 1570c +/- 10°
